USA Cards:

USA Cards can be purchased on-line:

1. Go to: https://www.usawmembership.com
2. Log in, or click on the “here” to create an account if you don’t already have one
3. Complete the data as prompted to create an account
4. Log in with that account and purchase your card (select ‘New Card Purchase’ or ‘Renew Current Card’)
5. Print a copy of your transaction and a copy of the card for your records and use.

Proper Attire:

• T-shirt or shorts (no pockets or metal)
• Wrestling shoes (socks are permitted until shoes can be obtained)
• Head gear
• Mouth guard – Your child will need a mouth guard if he has braces.

Wrestling Room Rules:

• NO STREET SHOES ON THE MAT! This is to help us keep the mats clean.
• No drinks (except water in sealable container) or food in the wrestling room. We recommend that you bring your child a water bottle; there are four water fountains available.
• Bathe immediately upon returning home. This will help limit the possibility of spreading bacteria.
